Description
I organized a pop-up art market in partnership with ATX DAO at Zilker Brewing, bringing together 9 local artists selling pottery, prints, jewelry, handmade knives, and more. The event drew 568 RSVPs and generated an average of $318 per booth, with several artists selling out completely. I secured the venue at no cost, designed promotional materials, arranged DJ entertainment, and coordinated all logistics for under $1,000. To amplify the artists’ work, I produced three mini-documentaries showcasing their creative processes, which served as the primary marketing campaign. The venue reported a 5% sales increase that day, outperforming their typical events.
